Please understand that we can only accept TT bank transfer of conference payment. We are sorry for any inconvenience therefore.
Attentions:
1£®The deadline for registration is 22nd August. Please be reminded that we do not accept on site registration.
2£®During the whole event, the organizer will only use the exchanging rate at USD: RMB =1:6.95.
3£®Fees cover meeting services, presentation documentation, simultaneous interpreter, conference meals and souvenir, exclusive of hotel fee.
4£®Please make the payment and pay by bank transfer in 5 working days after fax back the registration form. We will EMS the original invoice to you as soon as we confirm the payment.
6£®Delegates must bear all bank charges and local taxes (if applicable). Fee must be NET of ALL charges.
7£®Cancellations: If you cancel attendance before 22nd August, 2008, you are liable for 30% of the total fees. No refund will be made thereafter. However, you are free to send another representative at any time.
8£®Hotel Accommodation: Right after receiving your registration form, we will send you the hotel accommodation letter including details of hotel rooms, corporate rate and reservation authorization form. Please notice that your rooms are guaranteed by completing the reservation authorization form and sending back to us.
9£®Chemease, CBI CHINA reserves the right of final explanation.
